My wrists are small for an american, so I got the small size and it just barely fits, like to the point where i almost couldnt get it on. I suggest going with there bigger sizes. It had a switch and clicks right on or off to the spring bars and is pretty convenient to install. Its made out of like a double layer nylon so its not super flexible and more firm like a plastic wristband, but I actually prefer that.
