How long can i keep this? i saw "best before sep 22" on the bag, does that mean before september 22 this year?

I think it should be fine for a while unopened, but if you contact their customer service, I've found them to be extremely helpful.

I received my order, but the pellets smell very stale... Are they supposed to smell like that? My hamster won't touch them...

I received the same; it is DEFINITELY different from when I bought at the store, plus my bag felt like it was opened a bit because there was no air in it. I got a refund instead, it smelled rotten and I knew my hams wouldn’t touch it.
