Fits on my Ideal crimper perfectly. Crimps great on pins for Delphi connectors

Right dies for the job, but harder to use consistently without an indexing fixture.
Nothing wrong with these crimp dies, they work great, and finished crimps look great, but because the fold-in "type F" crimping process involved, these dies require more effort to do multiple (several dozen) "Delphi/Packard series 56" connectors than I had hoped. Doing an occasional one or few connectors would be different, but if you are repair/replicate/rebuild a complete wiring harness, as we're doing to restore a late-1960's vintage Mustang, I'd recommend getting a crimping tool that has an indexing fixture as part of its kit. I was torn between this dies set and the GIZWIZ Professional Ratchet Crimper , and the GizWiz works without having to manually hold the contacts for a smooth crimp. Bottom line, these dies are great for occasional users (requires you to manually hold the contacts to get crimping process squared away), but if you have more than a few to do at any given time, a tool that has an indexing fixture (like the GizWiz unit also on Amazon) will make all the difference for consistency in your finished contacts. In short, I don't think you would go wrong with either these dies or the GizWiz tool, the choice really comes down to how many contacts you'll be crimping, thus determining if having the index feature is worth it or not for your needs and skill.

It fits my non-Haisstronica tool
It fits my non-Haisstronica tool and appears that it will properly crimp the terminals, but the stamped sizes are difficult to read. Still a good value vs buying an entire tool!

These dies will not crimp my connectors
These have not performed well possibly because of poor quality (thin) connectors. I have resigned myself to soldering the connectors after folding them with pliers.

Fits Ideal Crimpmaster
Nice die, well built and crimps perfectly. Wanted to write the review to let you know it fits in an Ideal Crimpmaster frame as well. Slightly smaller than the Ideal dies but screws right in and operates smoothly. Great value!
