I use this on my face for acne scarring, straight from the capsule, applying before bed. Not as thick as my usual vitamin e oil, very thin. I think I will be going back to my usual brand as I feel like the thinner oil comes off my face a lot easier when I sleep.

I have taken vitamin E for years. The occasions I have stopped, I have noticed a difference in my skin not looking quite so "healthy" glow, to a point you hardly need any make up at all, if any. The price of the iu is something I have found to be beyond reasonable, therefore I will continue to feed my supply at this cost. I recommend it, always have, always will.
