Lion Premium Grills L75623 32" Natural Gas Grill

Replaced my Lynx 30" grill with the Lion 32" natural gas grill. This is the best grill I have ever owned, and I have owned the Lynx, Firemagic and Weber Genesis. First of all, the quality of this grill is outstanding, it is truly substantial. The sheet metal feels really solid and the craftsmanship is equal to and surpasses the higher end grills. One of the top considerations for me was total cost of ownership. Replacement parts for this grill are typically 1/2 or 1/3 of the major brands. So far it has required very little maintenance. It cooks Filet Mignon better than the Lynx and faster too. Chicken also comes out more evenly cooked, more juicy and tasty. Temperature is different with each grill and with the Lion I have had to experiment to understand the settings. I have found that once you experiment, you will find that you can get the grill to hold virtually any temperature. I can run the rotisserie at 375F steady which is perfect for cooking whole chickens. Overall this is a great grill for the price. Update April 2016: I have had this grill for over a year now and it is holding up very well. I probably grill about 4 nights a week and everything with the grill is still working well. It has probably cooked over 1000 meals by now. I noticed some people complain about excess heat from the knobs or grill. All I have to say is that I have NEVER experienced any issue with heat. As a matter of fact, when running at 500F it is still pretty cool on the knobs and the area around the knobs. I don't worry about my 2 and 3 year old children playing in the backyard when the grill is running. Not sure what problem other people are complaining about. My grill is floating over an open space that it sits into, so maybe that makes a difference. I have grilled shrimp to perfection on this grill and fish come out perfect. It is good at controlling heat so even pizza on a stone works well. As I said before, it is the best grill I have ever owned. I would recommend anyone to buy this grill, it is quality for the price. Update August 2016: Still using the grill almost every day. One thing I failed to mention before is that it is very easy to clean this grill since everything dumps directly into the pull out tray. Some of the other grills I have owned are a pain in this area. I did experience a problem one day though and one of the knobs became so hot that i burned myself. It is strange because something goes wrong with the ignition and it must have heated the knob assembly. It only happened once and has been described by other reviewers. I love the grill though, all things considered and would buy it again if it needs replacement.

I have not installed this grill yet, so I can't speak to most of the functionality. But as I wait for the new stainless frame to arrive, I have opened the box and inspected the grill. I was hoping the counter overlap would be wider but its not. When they say 31" opening required, they mean it! If you order this grill, measure your opening carefully!. My opening width was a bit too big, so I am having a stainless frame made that will close the gap and keep the grill from falling in. That was a separate purchase I had not planned on making, but the price of this Lion grill was so good I figured it will be worth it. Yes I could have returned it to Amazon, but no grill out there matches my opening perfectly. Overall, the grill is a beauty. Its very heavy. I'd say the cast stainless burners look much more substantial than my old Fire Magic (yes, I'm replacing a $5k grill with a $1500 grill!). More to come.... UPDATE: OK, grill is now installed. The stainless frame I made works well to adapt to cutout size. Still impressed with quality and value. The wife cooked a batch of peppers and I got a thumbs up on the grill from her. The height could be a little taller, but other than that it looks and works great. very pleased. Setup the rotisserie and it works fine. The instructions could be better. How the grill guards are installed and how the rotisserie goes together is not covered in the manual but I figured it out. The 4 burners and back burner give off a nice hot blue flame and I can get the grill up to 400 degrees quickly. Still quite pleased with this purchase.

Works pretty well. Heat distribution is decent. Product came with scratches on the front edge. They wouldn’t take it back, but I was sent a replacement part. I had to replace it myself. I would expect better customer service for the price I paid.

Absolutely awesome grill, cutout dimensions were correct, this grill is top notch, everything is built very well, I am a machinist/fabricator by trade so the construction was superb, built with the user in mind, and built to last. I am totally pleased with the purchase, I believe that you will be also. I also purchased the single burner cook top from Lion & I am pleased with it as well although the cut out dimensions were not correct should be a bit larger to accommodate the taper that is caused in the manufacturing process but, the cook top is well built and totally functional as well. Lion makes quality from my experience.

This grill is simply amazing. I researched many options and after reading other's reviews I chose the Lion. I'm sure glad I did. The price is better than the other options and the grill is flawless. It comes with a nice assortment of accessories and it is very well made. It is very heavy so invite friends over to help install it. In no way do I regret buying the Lion grill and I am confident you'll be glad if you select one too.

We purchased this Grill in 2018 for use in our Vacation home. It was used moderately and cleaned thoroughly approximately every 6 months. However, on April 30th, we hosted some friends over for a dinner and were cooking Bone in Steaks. Mid way through the cooking process flames began shooting out the front of the grill right where the knobs are. Our initial reaction was that it was a grease fire so we quickly removed the steaks and poured Baking Powder over the grill. But we then realized that it wasn't a grease fire and instead a defective grill as the flames were coming for Gas shooting out the front of the grill. Luckily we quickly realized this and were able to shut off the gas at the under counter wall connection. After reviewing the damage we realized that the Lion Internals failed before the regulator. With the flames out, we turn the gas back on and saw that it was in fact defective components on the grill. WE WERE VERY LUCKY THAT THIS DIDN'T CAUSE A HUGE EXPLOSION !!!! I took these pictures and many more and thought that Lion Grills would stand behind their product given that it had a LIFETIME warranty. Surely it would be covered...NOPE!!!! Zero coverage. I even offered to pay for the internal components but they said that not even the stainless steel on the front was covered. I was simply asking for them to replace the grill front. In my first call I was told that only the internal gas components had a 1 year warranty and that the rest of the grill was a Lifetime Warranty. Then it was escalated to a manager, who became even less customer service oriented and said that not even stainless steel was covered. So basically the "LIFETIME" warranty is 100% useless. I would be VERY weary of this grill given my experience. It could have exploded and killed one of my family members. Lion Grills could care less and Never even apologized they simply took a very legal oriented / non customer oriented stance in responding.

Solid grill. Rotisserie works great. I saved more than 2k building this grill myself and am very happy with everything. A note that others were complaining about was the knobs getting hot. Well there are vents right above the knobs that let the grill breathe and thus heat gets to the area of the knobs and if the air does not circulate then you may get some hot knobs. It is not an electronic issue just air circulating issue.

Purchased this to replace a 20 year old Fire Magic. I can honestly say this grill is every bit as good or better than a Fire Magic that costs four times as much. Lights very easy with plenty of heat. The interior lights are a game changer. Had a small issue and AMS Fireplace did an amazing job to resolve it. Highly recommend this grill and Ams Fireplace.

This is my second 32 inch from Lion and I am very satisfied. With all the accessories coming with the grill you are pretty much good for all kind of grilling. Highly recommend this product.
