The chairs are steady with strong structure however the lock of the tilt does not work properly and does not hold the tilting in place and also I received one of the chairs without the cup holder tray! Be aware of the chairs weight! They are heavy

I ordered a twin pack and only one chair arrived in the box. I need to complain but cannot see how.

جودة متوسطة ومختلف قليلاً عن الصور
المنتج جودته متوسطة ، ووصلني مختلف قليلاً عن الصور وناقصوصلني كرسيين بلونين مختلفين + طريقة تثبيت وضعيات الكرسي (زر ضغط) وليس (مفتاح تدوير) كما هو موضح في الصور ، وجدت صعوبة في ضغطه عند الجلوس مما أدى لقرص جلدة اصبعيطاولة احد الكرسين لم تصلنياحد الكرسيين كانت مفصلاته ثقيلة في الحركة ومشدودة بشكل مزعج بحيث يصعب تغيير الوضعيات عند الجلوس لذا قمت بإرجاعهم.
