Wears very well. Between the velcro and the drawstring, I had no concerns with it falling off or not sitting where I wanted it to, and felt comfortable longterm. The hoops also felt very durable, and held up nicely under my dress. My only qualm is that the material in the listing looks more flowing and elegant, whereas what comes is more easily wrinkles and doesn’t drape like in the listing. However, as an under for bulk and shaping, especially for this price point, it does exactly what it should.

I bought this in both black and white to go under different costumes. My waist is 44” and I was able to wear it without issue. I made costumes for Yuletide festival, both my niece and I are wearing this in the review photos. Added bonus - it folds up easily to store, once you get the hang of how to fold it.

if it wasn't a stretchy elastic for the waste it wouldn't have fit, I'm a size 38 inch at the waste. I'm 50/50 split on liking/hating it maybe getting the wrinkles out would help but its 99% plastic material and could risk melting.

This is perfect! It lists for a 24-36 waist, but in the picture it is on a 40" waist. The velcro waistband closure is great, but it is also supported by a tie cord. I included the image of it all wrinkled because that was how it arrived from packaging. Don't worry, I tossed in in the dryer with 2 ice cubes for about 10 minutes, and it looks amazing! It is full but lightweight, easy to put on. The hoops are enclosed so it is comfortable. These will be great under the civil war costumes for a production.

I was so happy that I was able to squeeze into this petticoat. It's a tight squeeze but hey, a fit is a fit! Plus size folks rejoice! This is a nice and full petticoat and does fairly easily fold up to be compact. No complaints!
