I wanted a utensil holder that would fit along the wall and not take up too much real-estate while having enough room for all the utensils, unlike most round crocks. This one fits the bill!Other reviewers mention that it doesn't stay expanded or shifts, which it does, but I have it expanded and all of the compartments pretty well full so it doesn't shift much so I don't have any qualms with it. The only thing I noticed after having it a while is that the wood shows spots from water splashes here and there since it's close to the sink, I plan to oil it next time I'm oiling my cutting board to see if that helps.UPDATE: I did oil it and it looks brand new. Just like with other wood kitchen items it just needs an occasional oiling to keep the wood looking great. It was actually kind of nice/convenient that I could remove the pegs holding the sections together, oil it everywhere, and then reassemble.

These are the best choice for my new kitchen drawers FOR NOW. The side sections are quite small. I had thought that i could have 3 even sections but the width of my drawer prevents that. So one big section in the middle with two small sides. I have a bag of sugar in the back that keeps the holders from sliding front to back. Its nice and tight but nothing can keep the sides from sliding left to right unevenly. Only if they are filled completely. Maybe I open the drawer too hard. Maybe I am just to OCD and its no big deal.

I love organizers and storage, and was really (weirdly) excited when I found this expandable organizer for the kitchen.Pros:-Expands to 3 compartments, so I can organize different tools in different compartments.-Material looks nice. I love bamboo for kitchen use, and I already have a few similar pieces (cutting boards, utensil and cutlery organizers, other counter top organizers) so this really works well in my kitchen.-Small footprint. Even at its largest expanded size, it doesn't take up a lot of room on the counter. The wood sides are a lot thinner than other organizers I've seen and used; it doesn't impact the sturdiness but does limit unusable space.No cons, great organizer for the kitchen.

I'm so used to getting less than I want when I buy from Amazon that I'm genuinely surprised when I get more than I want. This was something that downright pleases me. It's working for all I wanted it to work to do. It's muck more attractive than last idea, and I have this sense that it will last a couple of decades. I'm impressed.Also, will keep my eyes open if I find out other items are made by this same company.

I like this. It's low profile (at least more so than round utensil holders) and yet holds a lot of kitchen utensils. The items I have in mine so far are: 8 rubber spatulas of various sizes, 6 assorted bamboo spoons/spatulas, 2 tall whisks, 4 standard spatulas, 2 large spoons and 3 sets of tongs. All of that and still a bit of room to add more (guess I need to buy more stuff!). The only thing I DON'T like is that it doesn't "lock" when fully open. This doesn't impact the use, but sometimes gives it a crooked appearance. Some people may not notice this (or care), but the OCD in me can't stop noticing it. It may not be fair, but that little annoyance is all that kept me from giving it 5 stars.

The first time I took it out of the box and pulled it open it the little bottom piece that you can't see in the picture underneath it broke off. I was slightly bummed. I also thought it was pretty pricey, but I like the design. You can go from 2 to 3 spots. We seperated our wooden, plastic, and metal utinsels. It is useful.

I've tried different styles of utensil holders and this is by far the most streamlined and space efficient. In my photo, it is fully expanded and fits a lot of my cooking utensils. I like the fact that the pieces stand upright due to having 3 interior compartments, as supposed some other ones I've used where the utensils fall to one side, making it look very messy.

I ordered this ladle holder because my many cooking utensils were constantly tangled & this one has 3 compartments. It’s nice bamboo wood so attractive & sturdy. You can slide it together & have 1, 2, or 3 compartments. The only negative I have is that it is about an inch shorter than my previous holder & therefore the tall utensils fall forward for lack of that extra height to hold them upright. It’s new. I’ll get used to it. I do like the way it looks on my countertop.
