Just in case you're impatient (like I usually am), I didn't notice a difference immediately, more like after 7-14 days (I can't remember now) of daily use. I have keratosis pilaris (KP) on my top arms, front/back of my thighs + bum; this magical cloth has reduced my arm KP to nothing, and had a huge impact on the KP on my bum + legs. I've been combining the use of this cloth with moisturisers I was using before (which, on their own, had little impact), but honestly the cloth is doing all the hard work.
