HelloBaby Monitor Mount

We've been using this brand's monitors for the past five years across two children and have consistently had a great experience. The product itself has been reliable, easy to use, and has given us peace of mind over the years. What truly stands out, however, is the customer service. On the few occasions we've had questions or encountered issues, the support team was responsive, helpful, and committed to making things right. It's rare to find a company that stands so firmly behind its products, and that level of service has been a big reason we've remained loyal customers for so long.

So convenient literally anywhere. We always take this with us when we go on vacation and it always fits somewhere so we can see our kids. We have it hooked on our baby’s crib at home and it’s so easily adjustable and can be set up or taken down quickly. It’s been very durable and stable. It was worth every penny.

Tested it out before I actually start using it and love it don’t need WiFi so don’t have to worry about that and it was just easy to use. Love it would recommend getting it for all reasons weather you have WiFi or not because it comes in handy when you at a hotel or somewhere and can just pop the camera out and use it without worrying about WiFi. The value I think it’s worth it. Not too expensive either. Security is good I can see clearly and simple use. Mounting is good. Safe. Zoom I can see it’s easier to see with the zoom option as well

I purchased this to mount our camera to the travel crib when sleeping away from home. It is surprisingly sturdy and extremely easy to wrap around the top bar of the bed without worrying about it tipping over. Our son is only four months old, but I could see someone with an older child concerned that baby might mess with it- it takes some effort to bend into place and I think as long as you're smart about how you're attaching it, that's nothing to worry about. The price point is good and it's very easy to take the camera on and off. Small and easy to travel with and we don't need to worry about finding a suitable table or surface.

Works with different models of hello baby. It seems to attach well at first but fell off. Add the mount first then screw on camera.

Love this monitor and that it does not need WiFi. I’ve been using it for almost a year and it’s been great. The only thing I do not like about it is that I’ve noticed it only shows 3 temperatures for the room, it’s either 69,71, or 73. I don’t think the temperature is completely accurate but it seems to be pretty close. Battery life is good. Pretty durable I’ve dropped the monitor countless times! Great value for money!

Simple, works as advertised

Description says that this is compatible with the hello baby HB6560 model, but it’s not, as this model is not a screw base, and the package did not arrive with any alternative base attachments like shown in the product images. So this now makes it incompatible with HB6560 model. Disappointed and will be returning!

Disappointed not compatiable and still have to buy another piece

This flexible mount is great! It's strong and doesn't fall over. It's also a great accessory to have if you travel to easily mount your camera on a curtain rod!

The product did not come with the base to allow it to be attached to the monitor. Cannot be used without it.
