The Eastanbul Dried & Chopped Kataifi Shredded Fillo Dough is good quality and works well for pastries, but it’s quite expensive. We ended up finding a cheaper option and didn’t buy this one again.

I believe that this is the best kataifi someone can buy. There’s a reason why it’s a best seller, it’s simply the best high quality and low cost item in its class. I’m not even sure how they keep giving such a quality product for such a premium feel and quality.
