Easy to use and set up..cleans the pool well

Went together easily, even without any actual instructions on how to assemble! I don't know if there were meant to be any kind of instructions for use and assembly but it's not really rocket science. It did the job we bought it for and cleaned the pool quite easily. The price was great, the quality was very good. It was delivered quickly. The only complaint is the lack of instructions but that's not a major issue at all.

The media could not be loaded.  Really don't understand those bad reviews, this is brilliant, does the job. Could possibly break easy enough but if your careful with it and store it away properly it'll last a long time. For the price I'm very pleased with it

Bought for my spa, no instructions whatsoever, so needed to waste time working it out. I’m not stupid, but would like things made easy for me. Worked ok when we sorted it though.

I was a bit concerned about buying this after seeing what appeared to be genuine poor reviews, but being the pig headed man I am, I assumed the rest of the world was wrong..... I am smugly pleased to report that on his occasion I WAS CHUFFIN RIGHT!!!I have absolutely no idea what the people who say this is rubbish are doing, within 15 mins of putting in the pool it had cleaned out all the dead insects and leaves. You can the first bag of stuff in my photo. It is fairly light weight so you don't want to wave it around like a flag, but with a bit of common sense it should last a while.Net scoopy thing seems pretty decent too. There's a bit more water resistance on this so this would be the thing you need to take care of more.My advice is ignore the fails you see in these reviews and get one.
