I'm not sure if the other negative reviews were read by the manufacturer but it seems the issues mentioned by others were corrected. The hoses were long enough. The product had a beautiful finish. It seems sturdy and I did not experience any leaks. I would give "Easy to install" 5 stars but I had to disconnect the drain pipes to get to the back of the sink. No fault of the manufacturer but you would have to realize replacing a faucet will always lead to other "things" that will always pop up. 20 minutes is an exaggeration though. I purchased the 2 hole product which adds more time since there needs to be another piece to install. I can't say long term how the product will perform but so far I would not hesitate to buy this product again. I think better instructions would be warranted as there really is not much help looking at a picture with numbers that have no explanation. I recommend looking at YouTube. That helped a lot.

Hubby replaced our kitchen faucet with this new one as the old one was leaking and ugly! This is a huge improvement, looks great, and he was able to install fairly easily for a non-plumber! Great water pressure, too. Recommend!

Very hard to find this style, separate valve control handle and spigot. Bought this as a replacement when our original died. Easy to install. The pieces feel very solid, except for the sprayer head. The water inlet connections were a little shorter than the original valve, the flex lines were too short. Easily remedied with a quick to the local hardware store for longer lines. Otherwise, everything is installed and working as desired.

We changed our white porcelain sink out and replaced it with this very pretty oil rubbed bronze faucet with soap dispenser and love it!!Our handyman said it was easy to install.It looks amazing and has both a rain and full water setting, the actual faucet rotates and the soap dispenser works great!Love the color, love the style!!!

Wow! I've had a couple of pull down faucets in my time, but this one Rules! The build quality is seems to be right up there with other faucets costing Twice as much. So when it comes to value for the money, you can't go wrong.So, let me discribe it for you. Yes, I know you've seen the pictures, or else you wouldn't be here. But I'm talking about actually operation. The first thing you notice is the looks. This thing looks Great on your sink. It looks Proud and Confident! The swivel, temperature and flow control are both Smooth and Precise. Now, I know that there are a lot of faucets that are like that and to be sure, I've owned a couple. But for this one, that's just where the Fun starts.You have good flow from the main setting and the sprayer function is very good too. But the best part is that auxiliary spray button that comes just short of having a Pressure Washer attached to your faucet. Yes, it can get a little messy the first time you use it, because your just not expecting that much power! No... It's not going to break anything or blow a dish across the room. But it is a serious scrubbing aid. Speaking of which, it also comes with a convenient detachable scrubbing brush that really helps out too. Now, the brush could be a little sturdier, but Hey! At least it's got one.Which brings me to the soap dispenser. This is also a Great little gadget in itself. I use mine for dishwashing liquid. It's so cool to be able to apply a bit directly to the dish or apply a couple of pumps to the water as it fills. The pump pulls right off for easy refillment, which is another convenient feature.So, over all, this is one faucet that's hard to beat.

I don''t have much to add to previous reviews but I can second their accuracy. The faucet set was easy to install, looks and works great and am happy so far. I recommend this product as a very reasonable, solid replacement to other more expensive faucets. It only fills 2 holes in the kitchen sink so I ordered a soap dispenser I am very pleased with. I will do a separate review on the dispenser. We do love the new faucet and sprayer!

Install the faucet as a part of kitchen renovation. First of all, it looks stylish and feels well-made. The pre-attached hot & cold water hoses spare my money buying a new pair. It didn’t take much effort to install it. The only issue I encountered was from my side—the big size sink left not much room on the back area (between countertop and wall), thus the turn-on/off handle couldn’t be set at the right side (that’s why the seller suggests minimum back space of 4.5”). However, this faucet is flexible enough to let me set the handle in the center, turning on/off water in left and right direction instead of front and back, it feels just as normal, problem solved!The faucet functions very well. I especially like the magnetic docking system, it not only makes retraction of sprayer head a breeze, but also limits the worry of sprayer becoming dangling over time of use. Another function I like but very careful to use is the “sweep” as it’s very powerful and could make a little splash.As other reviewers mentioned, the brush was missing in the box, but after sending a note to the seller, they promptly sent out the brush to me. The faucet works so well without brush anyway. When the brush arrived, I found it fairly easy and quick to click on and off the spray head.I didn’t use the deck plate that comes with because I don’t have other holes in the center to cover, and it looks neater without. The matching soap pump is another bonus, it looks, well, matching, and equally stylish. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase, did I mention at this price? Highly recommended to anyone who wants a high quality faucet without high price tag!

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this to replace my kitchen tap and it is very elegant and useful. The sweep function which is a small button at the top is great for cleaning the sink after the dishes have been washed. The soap dispenser is plastic and hands kind of useless. The brush add-on is not practical to keep adding and moving. Overall a great product and I highly recommend.
