One sachet took 3 years of pretty bad limescale off my kettle within the 30 min treatment time. Kettle now looks good as new. I reused the water to clean two shower heads afterwards. Still two sachets remaining for future use, so great for value for money.

This descaler was purchased to descale my kettle, which it did but I had to use 2 sachets and heat multiple times. It did work but the quality was to be desired as it didn’t fully descale as I had hoped. Ok value for money as gets the job done but takes longer than others.

I have really hard water that usually ends up destroying my appliances. Tried a liquid cleaner before and it did an okay job but this really cleaned it like new and after following the instructions it also didn’t make the water after taste horrible. Will be using once a month to keep my kettle nice and clean.

These are 20g sachets of citric acid - the sachet itself says "100% citric acid". Its way cheaper to just buy citric acid and use 20g at a time when descaling the kettle.Works ok - ive had to use 2 sachets to get the kettle looking ok but its definately not totally cleared.
