They save me from having a lot of pain.
These are very good for me, I have neuropathy in my feet, and as long as I wear the insoles, my feet Do Not hurt during the day, they hurt at night, but not as bad when I wear the insoles. I do exercise at night and it helps to keep them from hurting at night. I will never be with out the insoles. I buy the same size as the shoes I wear, and they fit great. They are worth every penny.

Nice and hard with good arch support
First off this is not a paid review! I honestly really like these as they are nice and firm and remind me of some custom orthotics I used to have that were hard plastic. I bought them for arch support in an older pair of gym shoes that I use for yard work where the insoles had worn out and were causing discomfort. The fit perfectly without any issues and the fact that they are harder gives my feet more support and comfort while doing work. Anyone who has issues saying they're too hard or hurt when using probably needs something much softer and cushiony or you may have issues with your arches that the insoles are correcting which will hurt a bit until your feet adjust.

No uncomfortable break in period
After spending more than $50 on a pair of insoles from a running store that actually made my tendinitis worse, I decided to try Walk-Hero Brand. The fact that they were affordable and more than 70,000 people had tried these insoles and rated them favorably was my main rationale. After taking them out of the box, I first put them directly under my feet (not in the shoe) to see whether the arch hit comfortably in the correct place. It did and the arch was not too high or stiff (like it felt in the running store purchase) which the salesperson insisted was how it should feel prior to “breaking in.” I’m not actually buying these insoles for running, they are for a pair of winter boots with a flat footbed. I will do a fair amount of walking in these boots throughout the winter (2-3 mile hikes several times per week). I’m very happy with my purchase, especially since I can walk comfortably in them immediately. They don’t take up too much space in my boot and provide enough arch and heel support without over or under doing it.

Makes Unwearable Shoes Wearable
First off, these are true to size. "9 - 9 1/2" fits snugly in both sizes and does NOT move around while you walk. I originally bought these for my work shoes (Hoka SR) to keep me going until I bought a new pair of shoes. No lie, after the first night of working with these insoles, my knees didn't hurt anymore and my feet didn't have that sharp pain along the tops like I had been getting. I also have a pair of 5.11s that would fatigue my entire lower half of my body after an hour or so of wearing them. I've bought a pair for those as well and I can now wear them all day and not feel a thing. Truly a great product and I highly recommend these for anyone who needs arch support or has shoes that still have life in them but the insoles have quit on them.

nicely rigid arch vs. more flexy arch in Dr. Scholl's Plantar Fasciitis insoles. Many sizes!
I've used the Dr Scholl's Plantar Fasciitis insoles for a decade to supply the arch my feet need in modern shoes that don't have any arch. Has completely solved a very bad plantar problem. I recently forgot to replace the insoles in a new pair of sneakers and yep, after a week a bad case of plantar fasciitis suddenly started. I put in the Dr Scholl's which started the healing process (I can feel the lump where the shoe's arch should have been), but I was once again wondering if there is an insole out there now with more arch. I've looked in past years and found others either have too little arch, or a massive solid arch that winds up hurting my knees due to no flex and foot angles. SO, I find these Walk Hero and figured I would give them a try. So far the result is spot on! See my photos. The light blue bottom insole is the Dr Scholl's and the black bottom is the Walk Hero. I can easily deform the flexy arch in the Dr. Scholls with my finger. Can't do it with these Walk Hero! The arch is rigid. Yet after 3 days of wearing now my knees are not complaining and my feet feel good. The arch was slightly taller and definitely more rigid than the Dr. Scholls, which so far is playing well with my feet, even after quite a bit of walking. The heel in the Walk Hero feels slightly less padded than the Dr Scholls, but so far isn't making any difference. The big issue is the arch, for my feet anyway. Another HUGE plus: that these Walk Hero come in exact sizes (I'm an 11) vs the cut-to-fit with the Dr. Scholl's. Time will tell! I'll edit this review if the feet/knees start having trouble over the longer term.

Good arch support and comfort, but takes some getting used to
These plantar fasciitis insoles provide good arch support and feel supportive, especially when standing or walking for longer periods. They fit well in my shoes and boots, and the sizing matched what was listed. The material feels durable and supportive without being too soft. I did notice that there’s a short break-in period. At first, they felt a bit firm, but after wearing them for a while, they became more comfortable. They helped reduce foot fatigue during the day, especially when used in work shoes. Used in work boots / sneakers / standing all day. Overall, these are solid orthotic inserts for people who need extra arch support or deal with foot discomfort. Comfort can vary depending on foot shape and shoe type, but they’re a good option to try if you’re looking for added support.

Best for prolonged walking with NO pain
Best off-the-shelf inserts I have ever used. I've worn Superfeet for at least a decade but decided to try something less expensive so I got these after reading reviews and checking independent recommedation lists. I wasn't sure I was going to like them because they have a high arch (and no option for low or medium arch styles). They are AMAZING!!! I walked 30 miles in 4 days with them and not an ounce of foot pain! Yes, I said 30 MILES! I have plantar fasciitis and had zero pain after being on my feet for 4 long days. I couldn't believe it. They made my uncomfortable shoes wearable again.

I’ve been using the WALK·HERO Plantar Fasciitis Insoles for a few days and they’re generally comfortable and supportive, especially if you spend long hours standing. Why I Like Them • Excellent arch support: The 3.5 cm arch provides noticeable lift and support, which helps reduce foot fatigue and discomfort. • Good cushioning: Soft but firm enough to provide stability inside work boots or daily shoes. • Versatile use: Suitable for men and women, fits well in most shoes, and helpful for flat feet or plantar fasciitis. Things to Note • Arch height may be too high for some: Personally, the 3.5 cm arch felt a bit too pronounced for my feet. I’m planning to try the 2.5 cm version next to see if it’s more comfortable for long-term wear. • Break-in time: Like most orthotics, it takes a few days to adjust to the insoles fully. Verdict A solid choice if you need serious arch support and relief from foot pain. If you’re sensitive to higher arches, consider trying the 2.5 cm version instead. ★★★★☆

Excellent support, of similar quality to something I paid 4 times more at the podiatrist. I like the deep heel cup, high arch support and the level of stiffness. Better than Sch*** and Spen*** ones I have tried.

For an "off the shelf" insole, fantastic. Won't fit in fancier/fitted shoes, though
