Want to say it was a good purchase, I feel like it did help but it made my vertigo increase, headaches more frequent and also prolonged my menstrual cycle. Could be coincidence but my thyroid levels are back to normal after 3 years. Was it effective? I want to say yes. Would I buy it again? No.
