As a guy with pretty standard brown hair, I'll admit I was a little skeptical about using a bright purple conditioner bar. It feels like something you'd find in a mystical forest, not in my shower. But let me tell you, this thing works wonders. My hair feels incredibly soft, and it's much less frizzy than with my old stuff. It lathers up nicely and you only need a little bit, so I know it's going to last ages. I'm officially a convert. ​The only minor con, and I’m not going to lie, I was a little purp-le-xed the first time I used it. It’s... very purple. For a brief, terrifying moment, I thought I was going to walk out of the shower with hair like a cartoon villain. Luckily, it rinses out completely and doesn't leave a hint of purple behind. No brassiness here, just silky, conditioned brown hair. ​So if you're a dude who's a little nervous about embracing the purple, don't be. This bar is a game-changer.

Conditioner smells lovely and feel amazingly soft and sleek without leaving your hair feeling heavy. My hair looks and feels like it does when I go to the salon! Don't be out off by the price, it's worth it.

Best solid bar conditioner I’ve found so far, there is a bit of a residue I can feel on my hair after use but feels soft, not course and sticky as long as I avoid the shampoo bar that goes with it. I only seem to need to use it one wash in five so is effective and remains shiny for quite a while

Love all the Kitsch range. This one has a distinctive smell, less fragrant than the others in the range. Hair is left clean and very soft and shiny. Creams and applies REALLY Well. Lasts as long as any bottle of conditioner . But hair feels nicer, softer and needs less washing I have found.

Smells amazing and makes my hair very soft. However it really doesn't last long at all. Definitely not as long as a normal bottle, so I'm a little bit disappointed considering the price.

Been using a shampoo bar for a while but was out off from getting a conditioner bar due to price. Don't know why I waited so long, it's easy to use and leaves my hair soft and silky with no dryness and hair seems healthy and glossy.

Was worried about coverage but went on fine. It will probably run out before the shampoo bar but that’s nothing new to me I always use more conditioner. Didn’t lather up but application was easy and you can tell the products in the hair. Left my hair very soft and clean feeling. Pleasant smell will buy again left my hair feeling lovely after one use

Smells great, purpleness helps with brassiness but isn’t as good as bottled purple shampoo or conditioner, does soften hair and help to detangle. The main con for me is that it doesn’t last long which makes it very expensive. I probably won’t buy again because of this.

I ordered this product with the shampoo bar. I’m so shocked at how easy to use and how it leaves my hair so soft. I only leave it on a few minutes in the shower and my hair is completely tangle free and feels thick. The product leaves my fine hair with no excess oil. The product leaves my hair well conditioned and no dryness on the ends of my fine hair. I want to use the bars for a couple months, to test them out but I will likely re-order this product. I also think it’s absolutely fantastic for traveling.

I have bleached blonde hair, meaning it's damaged. However, using the purple bar conditioner soap softens the dry ends (only for a day). It can be a little difficult for aftercare use (needs to be stored in a dry place) and to use the bar when washing the hair. Overall, I see the value in using bar soap so would recommend it, to try and see for yourself.

How could I have not known about Kitsch? I took a chance last year and tried the purple shampoo and purple conditioner. My hairdresser is shocked at how great my hair looks (I'm grey). It is so soft and manageable! I take the set on travel and my husband and I both use it. I have tried the rice combo set, but like the purple set better. It has a nice light scent that is barely noticeable. I have had issues with little bumps on my scalp (like small pimples) that my dermatologist prescribed expensive shampoo for. It did not solve the issue, but purple Kitcsh soap did! Not one bump on my head through all seasons and I am ecstatic! I will not change the purple!
