Brilliant pack of 3 workout shorts, good tight fit and has the bum lift stitched into them too, feel very secure and give good shape and stretch so perfect for all variety of fitness needs you might have, really worth every penny in my opinion, highly recommend

    quality material, accurate sizing

*by S***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 August 2023*

These are really great quality shorts, the material is thick, stretchy, soft and as far as I can tell - squat proof. There also isn't a seam on the front so they should be camel toe proof too.The ruching on the back doesn't do all that much to make the booty pop, it's more so the seam.I am usually a size 12 or M for bottoms but I went with Large on these so I wouldn't have the thighs being squeezed too much, though there is too much space/fabric on the pelvis area and waist could be a bit tighter so I feel like I could fit M just fine too.I would say if you have slender upper thighs and waist either get your size or one lower but if you have thicker legs sizing up may be a good idea.Overall I was impressed with the quality and comfort of these, they definitely give a better looking shape if you roll them up a little though.
