Poor experience overall. The SSD health dropped to 30%, which is unacceptable for such a short usage period. After just 3 months, the drive failed completely, making it unreliable.

i am regular customer of amazon. But this time i am suffer due to this laptop. I buy it for my sister for her birthday but this laptop is not working as per the specifications, it has battery issue which is not resolve .I pay huge amount for this but it,s not worthy. Very bad experience of my life .

Do not buy from this company
Laptop looked great. Fingerprint scanner didn't work. No way to hook up to wifi. Tried downloading drivers. Still didn't work. The checklist they sent showed all was good. Took days to receive laptop when it was suppose to be next day. Never again.
