Bought on recommendation from a you tube video I watched. Really good quality. The vibrant red colour worked excellently for my Red Velvet cake. Brought this years ago due to it being vegan, it was a touch pricey but it is a very good strong shade of red. It comes as a paste rather than liquid which has pros and cons depending on what it's used in. Has lasted a long time.
