This watch band is an excellent choice for Lumi-Nox 22MM Military issue dive watch. While the original watch band was excellent for the tasks required by the Military, through time it became hard and brittle as it was made of plastic/rubber, so I decided to replace it. I chose the Ritche Nylon Sport Watch Band as a replacement because the nylon band is more comfortable and breathable than the original rubber one. The watch band was very easy to install and came with new pins. I also like the option of choosing what color you want. As far as durability is concerned, I did not rate it as it is new, and I do not know how it will hold-up to sea water. Other nylon item I have been issued do hold-up to sea water, so I assume this watch band will also. If you are active Military, I highly recommend you black-out the reflective panel on the watch band, otherwise for civilian use it is a nice safety feature.

This is a great strap. I bought it for my Bulova Lunar Pilot since the non-date version I have didn't come with the Velcro strap. This is the closest thing I've found.Even though I purchased the 20mm strap, the actual width beyond the lugs is around 21-22mm. For me, the 20mm strap on the Lunar Pilot (which has a case width of 45mm) looked tiny. This strap fixes that.What this means is if you want to put this strap on a watch with a case width less than 42mm, you might want to look at something else. Just my opinion, of course.Anyway, I liked it so much, I bought two...one gray, one orange. It won't last forever, and now I have a spare.Oh, my wrist is about 7-1/2 inches. That's about the limit for the strap.

I find buckle style watch bands to generally be too restrictive. It's either too loose in the one hole or too tight in the next one. Also, rubber or similar material bands tend to make you sweat and then grab at your skin and hair as a result. This band solved both of these problems for me. Can now get the exact tightness I want at any moment and it also seems to breathe really well. Using the 22mm on my 24mm TicWatch Pro 5 and it does the job nicely.

The strap itself feels pretty solid and because it uses velcro, it provides a very comfortable fit every time it is worn. The downside for me are two sewn on patches - one is a small light-colored leather-like patch and the other is a larger colored patch that has writing on it ("Fortitude Tactical Band"). I really would have preferred having no sewn on patches - just a plain band or, if there is going to be a patch, something more discrete - e.g., small, same color as the band, and just the brand name. What does "fortitude" have to do with a watch band and what is "tactical" about it?

I liked this strap after seeing a watch reviewer on YouTube show it, but the possible problem for me is the minimum wrist dimension of 7 inches as stated in the description. I have a 6 1/2 inch wrist, but decided to take a chance based on the fairly low price. I'm happy to say that my strap fits my wrist fine with the velcro tab having space before hitting the non-velcro surface. There may be a variable based on the lug-to-lug measurement, but it works on my field watches.The strap will be perfect for conditions that you would not want to subject a nice leather band to.
