This stretch band is so good! I found this stretch band at my dance studio and loved it, so ordered it straight off Amazon. It has perfect resistance that you can change depending on which hole you use so I would highly reccommend.

It is very elastic and strong. Best exercise strap I have found.

Great stretch band, can be used for all ages. My daughter is 10 years, uses this all the time. I’ve sneaked in a few stretches myself. Very good product and I recommend.

Praktisches Fitnessband mit gutem Widerstand für unterschiedliche Fitnessübungen. Ich verwende den Gurt vor allem für dynamische Workouts, also wie ein klassisches Fitnessband ohne Schlaufen. Durch die Schlaufen liegt das Fitnessband gut in der Hand. Außerdem weiß ich nach ein paar Mal probieren, in welche Schlaufe ich für welche Übung schlüpfen muss und finde das praktischer, als die herkömmlichen Fitnessbänder Ich bin absolut zufrieden, die Qualität ist gut, die Farbe wie abgebildet und für meine Zwecke ist das Fitnessband bestens geeignet. Ich würde es wieder kaufen.

would recommend for children! only if you're looking to use this for dance stretches and you're 5''1, or above then get a band with more loops (like 11-12 loops). this one will limit what you can use it for if you're any taller. It's great for stretching right&left split, middle splits, and extensions,penche but any standing poses (arabesque, attitude, needle etc) the band won't stretch to. SO, perfect if you're working on the beginning few, or if you're under 5''.
