what is the grade number of the stainless steel?

They are the size of skinny wood bamboo skewers. They also rust quickly after one wash and are very sharp. I was hoping that they were a bit thicker so they would hold the food better

Are there any 8 inch stainless steel skewers

We only have one size of barbecue needle which is loved by many people. We are very sorry.

Does it meet food safe grade?

Yes. Our skewers have passed a rigorous testing and certificate process. 100% safe to use.

Can these be used in the oven?

Our skewer is made of food-grade stainless steel and can be put into the oven.
