This is so good for kids with Adhd!!! My daughter struggles to sleep at night and its really frustrating and within 30min of eating gummy is fell asleep. The bottle says two but I only gave her one since shes still a kid

Both my teenagers (14 and 17) have been using these (not on a nightly basis but when they are feeling more anxious or stressed) and let me tell you, it helps them fall asleep within the hour and they wake up refreshed. I also like the fact that there isn't a lot of melatonin (1mg per 2 gummies). They like the taste. (I've just bought a 2nd bottle - hoping this one also comes with 60 gummies)
