It really does keep hot liquids hot. It has a digital gadge on it too so you can see what the temp is always.

Ordered this for an outdoor bday party with campfire theme so we had s’mores and hot chocolate. I just boiled water and poured it in this container and had cocoa powder and all the fixings out (including some adult additives :D) It was a HUGE success, can’t wait to use it again.

Because this is described in liters rather than gallons, I had to do some conversions before buying to determine what size I needed. I didn't realize it had three legs instead of four until I got it, so it's a little shaky for me. I bought this for a party at my house because it can be used for hot or cold drinks and has a temperature indicator. The design though, is awful. The leg problem should have been my first warning sign. There are also no anti-slip materials on the bottom of the legs, so I had to buy something to solve that and perform a simple DIY project. This is not the easiest or safest to use and operate, but I didn't have time to purchase anything else, so it had to work.

I purchased the Vorchef 12 Liter dispenser January 13, 2023 and used it twice for unsweetened tea and had no problems. I used it in February of 2024 and leaked from inside of bottom. It filled liquid into the bottom plastic piece where it was hard to see it leaking. It dripped through a tiny little hole manufacturers made on the bottom end of plastic. I cannot find manufacturer's information to contact them. I found a site to go to but only shows their product and nothing else to click on to contact. I highly regret buying this product.
