make this but with a built in charger?

Hi, No, the Magnetic Phone Stand doesn't support power charger. Hope it helps.

How can you use a MagSafe charger with this stand?

It's just a stand and not a charger. I really like the stand - it's very stable, it has a strong magnet and it's adjustable. It's much more stable than other charger-stands that I have, but it doesn't charge.
