Because they’re freeze-dried, the colour is vibrant and the pieces stay beautifully crisp until used, making them perfect for both baking and finishing desserts. They work brilliantly in cakes, biscuits, desserts, yogurt, porridge, smoothies, and even crushed into a powder for decorating or flavouring icing. Tastes nice
These freeze dried raspeberries are expensive but worth it. They taste really nice. Good quality, although it is a bit messy and colour is everywhere. So far, it does not mess on baking so colour does not spread on cakes. Have to use 1-2 tablespoons on each cake. But tastes very very nice.

Great quality freeze dried raspberries. Exactly what I needed for the lemon raspberry shortbread I was making. I didn’t need much for the recipe so went for this as it was the smallest quantity I could find. The bag is much bigger than I thought so I’ve got more than enough to make again or try something else. Great value for money.

Crunchie & tart topping
Used as cup cake decoration. A large quantity for the price so they will last a while. Tart tasting but have a lovely crunchie topping which contrasted with the sweet tasting buns. Lots left to add to my breakfast cereal.
