Th bestttt pills ever and I’ve been using these since 2023. I had bad heart palpitations for weeks, I was scared ,it was due to being under lots of stress . I went to an dietician and they recommended these, no bad heart paps since . I’ve had consistent sleep and wayyy less anxiety now, it’s insane . I feel calm waking up the next day again. I highly recommend to give these a try. Plus, I like the non GMO and clean ingredients. I’ll def try the vitamin d -k2 and switch to this brand next.

I have been using this magnesium for years now and honestly this past year was a spiral down for weight and overall health habits and this past year i rarely took vitamins and felt the difference. For the first time in a while took this magnesium and had the best sleep ever and with time i know my energy sleep digestive system etc will begin to get back to normal with this supplement alongside other healthy habits. I totally reccomend this brand and its portion is really good for the price
