2015 Sienna AC fix!!
Worked for my 2015 Sienna! Get a good set or pair of C clamp pliers with multiple angles and you can get to the sensor without removing the fans or other things. You can get access to it from the top but it is tight. Evacuate the Freon, pull the sensor, and put this one in, recharge the system, and good to go. Note: youโll have to put some effort pulling the old one out as well as inserting the new one in. There is still pressure within the system which makes it a little difficult. Symptoms the car had: sitting at idle or low speed, the air would start to warm. Itโs almost like itโs low on Freon. The compressor would engage, fans blowing, interior fans going, but not blowing cold. - hooked up my gauges and the numbers were not right. Google said the compressor was toast based on my numbers. Give this part a shot before replacing the compressor, itโs probably the issue and way cheaper/easier to get you back in the cold air.

Worth the money
I have a 2013 Toyota Sienna XLE with 230k miles. The A/C was blowing cool not cold. I watched several YouTube videos on how how to replace it. I ordered this unit, and it only took a couple of days to arrive. I drained the refrigerant, then removed the electric fan assembly. Get you a good set of snap ring pliers. Not the Harbor Freight ones, but some quality ones. Iโm not knocking HF in any way. Most of my tools come from there. So anyway, I removed the snap ring holding it in and I twisted it slightly and then tapped it in using a small rubber mallet. I then went to Oโrielly Auto Parts and Loan-A-tooled a A/C vacuum pump and pulled a vacuum. Then filled the system with 29 ounces of refrigerant. It started getting cold. I drove down the road and the thermometer was reading 35 degrees. Front and rear A/C is working flawlessly. I couldnโt be happier. It is the end of June and I have to turn down the A/C because it gets chilly in the van. Time will tell how long it lasts but for $25 for the part and $25 for refrigerant, itโs hard to beat.

2012 RAV4 - it works!
I have a 2012 Rav4 the AC would get cold but at idle it would get lukewarm and the compressor/fans would turn off and cause an RPM surge/stumble. Did a little research and found out that these compressors are known for these bad boys going bad. Bought this and replaced it along with the flow sensor. AC is working perfectly now and ice cold just in time for the summer.

No Issue with Tolerance, Fits well
Used this on a 2014 Sienna in the extended family which was running slightly warm (55-60F) but not very cold like it used to. After narrowing down the parts, got this as one of the components for the AC overhaul. Removed the compressor and replaced the existing OE solenoid. This went in just fine, sitting flush, no issues with fitment etc. The cir-clip holding went in without much effort. Its all buttoned up and AC is cold. When running, with recirculation OFF, vent temp is around 38-40F with an ambient temp of 85 at MAX COOL
