It is also used on VW, Audi, and Porsche Transmissions that have a tamper proof drain plug, it is needed to remove the drain plug when changing the transmission fluid. Also allows you to easily reach behind the calipers to loosen and remove the bolts. If in doubt what size is needed, measure the bolt from the one tip to the other as shown in the picture, and that dimension is the size of the tool that is needed. Appl:Used on Mk5 and Mk6 R32 and Touareg to remove the rear calipers.
