I've purchased this product before HAWAIIAN GOLD KONA COFFEE GOURMET BLEND and have always enjoyed this coffee. I just recently retired my coffee machine and have begun using a french press (makes the best cup of coffee) and love the flavor oF this coffee. I ordered the product recently and received HAWAIIAN GOLD RESERVE KONA BLEND product in the mail - a completely different package from the previous product. I was not happy - felt like there was a bait and switch. I contacted the seller and they assured me that the product was the same - that the manufacture released a new package design for their Kona Blend with the same UPC code. They assured me that they stood behind the product and that if I wasn't satisfied with their product they would allow me to return it for a full refund. I opened the bag, made a pot - and it's the exact same coffee that I'd loved before - just a different packaging. Love this coffee and the customer service from the seller. THANKS!
