This is a definite investment in your own well-being. It is a very high-quality bed built of first-rate components. It is adjustable, as the name implies. The bed can be used as you like, and you can lie flat whenever you like. Additionally, using the remote control is really convenient. Massage is also acceptable. There are three speeds and three kinds of vibration. There is no doubting that the mattress is comfy, but there is something that I cannot identify that keeps me from being completely happy with my purchase. I usually sleep on my side or stomach, so I'm still figuring out where I feel most at ease. Delivery was quite quick, and installation was simple. I adore the product as a whole.

The bed is good but the only issue we face is the cleaning of bed. That is on the wall side as it is so heavy to move and lift, which is the only bummer.

Beware: this product behaves very differently from what is advertised in the pictures and videos. The mattress does not follow the shape of the recliner bed the way it is clearly shown in the product images and promotional videos. During actual use, the mattress fails to align properly with the bed’s movement. More importantly, every time a recliner function is used and the bed is brought back to the flat position, the mattress either slides toward the non-guided side or partially pops out, making the bed uncomfortable and unsafe for regular use. The seller may claim that there is “no technical defect” because each component works in isolation. However, as a complete system (recliner bed + mattress), this product is a functional failure. A recliner bed is meant to work seamlessly with its mattress — not fight against it on every adjustment. This is not a usage issue; it is a design and integration problem, which the company is currently unwilling to acknowledge. I am not even asking for a refund — at the very least, the company should acknowledge the problem and provide a proper solution, rather than dismissing it as “working as intended.” I strongly recommend prospective buyers to experience this product in person before purchasing and not rely solely on the advertised images and videos.
