They have improved the thickness of my hair and improved my nail health
I love this supplement. I bought it to help with brain fog, I’ve noticed an over all improvement in that, but the very pleasant surprise is the improvement in my hair thickness and nail health. Absolutely amazing. Easy to swallow tablets, not too big.

Am I supposed to notice a difference?
I think the placebo effect is pretty evident in reviews here. The only effect I can thick off is im sleeping worse at night's. Which ill put down to the hot weather rather than this snake oil. Unless, and stay with me here, unless my consumption of these are causing the unnaturally hot weather. The heat wave came about a week or so after I started taking them. Im cynical at the best of times, but it cant be a coincidence. For the greater good of us all here, I better keep taking them. Just in case. You can thank me all for the incredible sunshine by upcoming this review
