This oral syringe is a fantastic solution for families with kids, especially when dosing liquid medications that use awkward or easy-to-misread mL measurements. The design is incredibly simple, you just twist the top dial to the desired dose (2.5, 5, 7.5, or 10 mL), and the internal stopper ensures you can only draw up that exact amount, completely eliminating guesswork. It’s easy to use even when you’re tired or dealing with a squirmy child, and it takes the stress out of accurate dosing if the original cup or syringe gets lost. The syringe also comes apart easily for cleaning, or at least as easy as a standard one, and the capacity is still large enough for even your older kids as well. These medicine syringes make dosing children's medicines so easy, just twist the top to the desired ml level and pull the top. It always stops right at what it is set to and doesn't leak. Cleaning it afterwards is just as easy, just grab the orange piece and twist the top off, no more fighting the plunger to get it clean! My only complaint is that the actual syringe is too large to fit in most over the counter children's medicine bottle so you have to pour it into a dosing cup then use the syringe thus wasting whatever medicine the is left in the cup and won't go back in to the bottle.

I use this to feed my old Bearded dragon some smoothies as suplemental feeding. Regular feeding syringes work maybe 4 times and then the numbers fade and the rubber stopper gets stuck in the barrel and the plunger breaks, I have bought so many in the past. This one is so much better, you can wash it easier because you unscrew the whole top, the barrel doesn't lose shape with washes, the ml marks are also on the back of the plunger so it works even if the barrel print fades, and the best is that the plunger stopper has a rubber side but the top is a harder plastic, it hasn't loose shape, it doesn't get stuck as the rubber degrades. Have used it for a month and it still works well. I'm happy i found this, not buying those other cheap syringes again!
