This eco-friendly product comes with a precision scoop and is free from harmful ingredients, ensuring a safe and effective cleaning experience. ## Description The Activator crystals are for use with the Nushine Magic Cleaning Plate. The tub comes with a scoop and is sufficient for around 10-15 applications. Depending on the quantity and condition of the jewellery we advise between 1 to 2 scoops per session, more if necessary.Directions: 1.Place the Magic cleaning plate in a non-metallic bowl and pour sufficient hot water to cover all the jewellery to be cleaned 2.Add 1-2 scoops of Activator crystals and allow to dissolve 3.Immerse all articles to be cleaned in the water ensuring that they are in contact with the plate, either directly or through another article 4.Watch the tarnish disappear (usually in around 30 seconds)! Stir occasionally. Use a brush to remove any stubborn tarnish or dirt. A waste of money and also, I have no idea of ingredients **Q: Can you use Borox as the activator?** A: I don’t think this works very well, at least it didn’t for me. I threw the plate and the crystals out. **Q: What are the crystals made of?** A: Did not use crystals after reading all the warnings. I was a bit sceptical but having used it now for my mothers silverplated cutlery I am amazed. If you like to keep your cutlery really shiny it’s worth buying. For bigger items you need to think carefully about how you’re going to put them in the hot water with the cleaning plate, as it’s quite small and with large dishes it’s a bit tricky.
