The last batch we bought smelt faul. We returned it and not bought them again since.

Should be called fish oil only 1% krill in it
The name is very misleading. This product is 99 percent fish oil and 1% krill. The ingredients are 990 ml fish oil and 10 ml krill oil. )see photo)

I initially received my bottle of NFO Krill Oil during a period of very hot weather, and unfortunately many of the capsules had melted together inside the bottle. I contacted NFO's customer support with a few photos explaining the issue. To their credit, they responded very quickly, were courteous throughout the entire process, and immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent without any hassle. The new bottle arrived in perfect condition. While the original issue was disappointing, I understand that extreme summer temperatures can sometimes affect products like this during transport. What really stood out to me was not the problem itself, but how professionally and efficiently it was handled. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes responsibility for ensuring they receive a product in proper condition. Based on my experience with both the product and the outstanding customer service, I would happily purchase from NFO again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a company that stands behind its products.
