Very good size pills, easy to swallow. You can take two or one. I liked this because before that I had others, you have to take one a day, but it is extremely difficult to swallow.

Good Quality, Hard to Swallow!
These vitamins are such good quality. These are definalty the best Vitamin C tablets I've taken. It reccomeneds taking them with water but I find them so hard to swallow. The pill is quite a large pill and has a slight powdery coating which makes it hard for it to go down. There has been a few times when it has gotten stuck in my throat and have had to eaten something to get it down It suggests taking two tablets but I can't manage two at a time. I take one in the morning and one at night. You can definitely taste the acidity of the vitamin C. I would have given this 5 stars however it's just so hard to swallow. This is my second time buying this but not sure I will again after this bottle is empty.
