I've had a traditional looking neti pot, which was doing the job but got lost somewhere upon moving. Found this one and I have to say I'm very happy with it. Here are key points to share: Good stuff: 1. Great size 300 ml is enough for a good rinse. You can probably do both nostrils with one, but I do one bottle & mix for each. 2. Convenience It's easy to use and in comparison with the classic one which you need to constantly lift up to keep the water flowing and flowing steadily, here gravity comes to your help and so does the valve. Very convenient indeed. Things TO NOTE: - Thermometer works actually but it's pretty basic so don't rely on it too much I'd say. Make sure the water is slightly worm and comfortable for you in general. - The salt is quite basic (ground) so I did not risk it to be honest and got sachets from a reputable brand. I don't want to say you cant use the existent one in the set, but I'm a bit more sceptical :) - BOIL THE WATER. Keep it safe guys with neti pots and use boiled & cooled water. I have a reverse osmosis filter but still boil the water, just to be safe. And yes, don't put boiling water into the plastic neti pot - cool it in advance. In general, it's a good product that does the job well and in my opinion it's great value for the money and I mean so. I've noticed a serious difference on how much faster sinusitis goes away when rinsing the nose in comparison with doing nothing. Just keep it safe with boiled water and if never used feel free to watch youtube on tips how to use it easy & correctly. Hope it helps. Stay well friends, cheers!

Perfectly adequate. The included salt is as expected, ground table salt. That is all. You're paying extra for it to be ground and put in non-recyclable plastic sachets. The thermometer DOES work but it is slow. You need to stick it to the side of the bottle and it requires you to press on it for a little while and then it will indicate its range of temperatures. Keep it at the lower end. The upper end of OK is painful. The valve worked perfectly fine. Do NOT put boiling water into the bottle. That would be stupid. a/ boiling water will leach chemicals out of the plastic, possibly damage the valve and bottle. b/ it'll take a long, long time to cool down c/ boil a kettle, let it cool down so much you can tolerate it on your skin. Pour it into the bottle 3/4 full d/ check temperature. Too cool, heat the remaining water in the kettle for A FEW SECONDS and add it to the rest of the. Check temp. Too hot, wait. Test again. Unless you've got a more accurate way to heat up the water .. do what you can. but do NOT put boiling water into the bottle.

Works well once you get used to using it. The bottle is easy to squeeze and gives good control over the flow. Comes with everything you need, which is helpful if you’re new to nasal rinsing. Took a bit of getting used to, but it does the job effectively.

I used this for the first time today and I’m really pleased with it. I boiled the water and let it cool, and the salt dissolved straight away. The nozzle fitted comfortably in my nostril and didn’t sting or feel uncomfortable at all, which was a relief. At first I thought I was doing it wrong because the water wasn’t coming out of the other side, even though I was leaning over the sink with my head tilted. By the end of the bottle everything cleared and it suddenly started flowing through properly, and my sinuses felt so much clearer afterwards. It really wasn’t as bad as I expected. The bottle feels sturdy and easy to use, and I found the temperature guide helpful as a reminder to use the water at the right warmth. I’m really glad I tried this and I’m going to keep it up as a weekly routine. I would definitely recommend this.

It works fine apart from the thermometer which does not seem to register.

After having very painful sinusitis mainly in my left cheek & all around my jaw since Christmas I feel that this is a very simple & effective way to make me better. I’ve had nasal sprays, antibiotics, Sudafed tablets, decongestants etc. I have used this once a day in the evenings for 3 days & today I am practically pain free. It is very easy to use & completely flushes the nasal passages out. I’m doing another rinse soon & keeping my fingers crossed for another happy sleep & pain free day again tomorrow!

Works great! I have always had sinus problems and this is a solution that provides some needed relief. The nasal rinsing process isn't exactly pleasant, but it has been effective for me. This is cheaper than the other name brand I saw on here but I think it is a good product. I am happy with my purchase. Plastic materials, but what do you expect for less than $10. It isn't a permanent fix, and my clogged nose sometimes returns, but it is more manageable and less severe. Consult your doctor for medical guidance, but I recommend giving this a shot!

This was my first time using a nasal rinser, and it was much easier than I thought. I thought it would feel uncomfortable, but it was actually very simple. The most important thing is to breathe through your mouth, not your nose during the rinse. Some saline water might flow into your throat, but its not a big issue as long as you keep breathing through your mouth. I bought this because I had thick mucus stuck deep in my nasal passage, right where the nose and throat meet. I could feel that if I didn’t clear it out, it might turn into a cold or even something worse. Whenever I start feeling dryness or irritation in that area while breathing, I know it’s a sign that the mucus needs to be cleared. After rinsin I could still feel a bit of dryness at the nose / throat junction when breathing through my mouth, but overall the improvement was huge. My breathing became much smoother, and aside from the remaining dryness, I couldnt feel any mucus anymore. It definitely helped loosen and wash everything out. For a first time user, this was a very positive experience and kinda fun.

Great way to get clear nasal passages. Much easier than I thought.

Ich bin mit dem Nasenduschen-Set sehr zufrieden. Die Anwendung ist unkompliziert und angenehm. Besonders bei trockener Luft, Allergien oder während einer Erkältung empfinde ich die Nasenspülung als sehr wohltuend. Das Set macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und liegt gut in der Hand. Der Wasserfluss ist gleichmäßig und angenehm, wodurch die Anwendung komfortabel und effektiv gelingt. Auch die Reinigung der einzelnen Teile ist einfach und hygienisch. Positiv hervorzuheben ist außerdem die durchdachte Ausstattung des Sets. Alles, was man für den Einstieg benötigt, ist enthalten, und die Handhabung ist auch für Anfänger leicht verständlich.
