Works as expected and you can custom flavor easily
I bought this plain version to make custom Jello. I mix it with yogurt. Works as expected other than the leaks from one or more packages during shipping - I haven't examined them to see how many leaked. The fruit powders I am adding are mango, banana and raspberry. Good and good for you.

Works better than some other brands
This is the best gelatine I used. I tried different brands, but always had some issues; Knox never failed me. Just follow the steps on the box, and it will work as expected. My experience with any gelatine recipe is that I need to use an extra teaspoonful of gelatine to reach the desired outcome.
