I am using this product to replace a much higher-priced fruit and veggie supplement. My doctor wanted me to take something like this because she feels most people don't eat a varied enough diet. While this brand isn't an exact match to her initial recommendation, it contains an impressive variety of fruits and vegetables. The quality is great, and I love that it is a trusted brand that does third-party testing. The capsules are easy to swallow, have no taste, and cause zero digestive issues. I also travel frequently, which makes it hard to maintain a perfect diet, so having these on hand is a massive help. While it is hard to objectively measure if a supplement "works," I feel confident taking it knowing it is third-party tested and fits my budget. I was very happy with my first purchase, so I have already bought them again!

Easy to take, capsules aren't big. Can take 2 at once or even all 3 if you have no swallowing issues.

These are excellent, highly recommend...great product from great brand. Been taking them for 3+ years.

We have been using this supplement for a few years now, but you still need to eat fresh fruit & veggies too! It's not a replacement for the real stuff but adds to it for the vitamins & minerals that are in real fruit & veggies. The price can't be beat either, especially when compared to the stuff that's being sold on the T.V.

Ok, this is something I like taking. I liked the fact that it's in three pills and not one or two big ones. The size is very easy to swallow. When I take them with my breakfast, I feel the pick up in my energy level. The price is great for the quality I feel like I'm getting. Because it smells strongly, I know it is packed with healthy veggies I know I won't eat. I would definitely keep buying it because it's easier than making sure I have all those veggies in my diet. I don't smell any of the fruits on the label, but it could be overpowered by those veggies.

Not what I expected. Didn’t feel of a difference.

With my less than stellar diet, I find these Fruit and Veggies supplement capsules to be really helpful. They are easy to swallow, and they are not huge, like others I've tried. I have used Double Wood products in the past, and have always been impressed and pleased with the quality and value of their products. I will start my supplement search from now on with Double Wood brands.
