I wanted a set of resistance bands that I could use at home without taking up much space, and these have been a great addition to my routine. The material feels smooth and comfortable against my skin, and I haven't noticed any unpleasant odor when using them. Excellent set of exercise bands that I used for PT. I had some shoulder problems and these bands were part of my exercise routine during my workout sessions. My shoulders have responded well and I bought these to continue my workouts at home. They have helped me tremendously, giving me an exercise routine that I can follow and make my workouts meaningful. I’ve never been able to maintain a regular exercise schedule. But now, I exercise daily and even do multiple workouts sometimes. I know my limitations and I don’t try to do too much; 30 minutes a day is plenty enough for this senior citizen. Using my watch and exercising equipment, I can get the exercise I need without going over the top and wearing myself out. Great product to continue my workouts and improve my overall health.

At first I was afraid I might tear these, but after several uses, they're still in good shape!

Bought these to help me in my recovery after shoulder surgery, and they’ve worked wonderfully. My favorite feature is the labels each one has, allowing you to ensure you’re using the correct band assigned by your doctor when rehabbing. It’s a lovely feature. They’re very strong, easy to clean, fit easily in a gym bag pocket, and easy to use.

Strong bands. Not likely to rip or tear. They do the job nicely.

I opened the package in my room and immediately tried it out. My pants were covered with a white poweder substance... Not sure how much of the substance still remains in my room :( I have since sent them for washing. Do note when you receive the package.
