Wow this face mask is amazing! I get tension headaches and normally I’m grabbing the headache pills but now I’m reaching for this! It stays in place and takes 10-15 minutes in the freezer before it’s ready to use. The face part is a soft velvety texture and it’s not too cold on your face , highly recommend!

Wish I got it sooner. I just had laser and microneedling on my face. It’s super swollen and hot to touch. This mask definitely helps cool it down. Wish I had more and wish I had them for right after my procedure. Fits comfortably with Velcro straps. Helps clam the heat and pain. It may look a little weird but that’s expected. Good thickness. Not sure why there is a soft side because you won’t use that against your skin- you wouldn’t be able to feel the cold. Anyways, it’s a must have for after procedures or if your face ever gets puffy. I would buy two!

I got this cold face/eye gel mask mainly for morning puffiness and that tired “swollen under-eye” look. It’s been a solid addition to my routine, especially when I keep it in the fridge, but it’s not perfect. What I liked Good cooling feel right away. It gets cold fast and feels really soothing around the eyes and cheeks. On mornings when I wake up puffy, it helps me look more “awake” after 10–15 minutes. Covers a good area. It’s not just a tiny eye pad—this covers most of the eye/upper cheek area and gives a nice overall de-puff vibe. Works for both hot/cold use. I mostly use it cold, but it’s nice that it can be warmed too if you want a relaxing compress. What I didn’t love It’s a bit heavy. The gel makes it feel weighty on the face. Some people will like the pressure, but if you’re sensitive around your eyes, it can feel like a lot. Cold time is decent, not amazing. It feels great at first, but the “strong cold” doesn’t last super long (especially if it’s been in the fridge instead of the freezer). Still helpful, just not a long session product. Fit can be awkward depending on your face shape. It’s flexible, but it doesn’t sit perfectly on every contour unless you adjust it. How I use it I keep it in the fridge and use it for 10 minutes in the morning. If I freeze it, I let it sit out for a couple minutes first so it’s not painfully cold. Overall: 4/5. It’s genuinely soothing and helps with temporary puffiness, but the weight and the not-super-long cooling time keep it from being a perfect 5-star product.

I purchased this mask proactively because I was having an infected tooth extracted and knew I would need cold therapy afterward. I put the mask in the freezer before my procedure, and when I came home and placed it on my face, the bottom seam immediately split open. Suddenly, instead of resting after oral surgery, I was trying to keep my dog away from the little gel beads spilling across the floor while hunting down every last one. It was honestly the last thing I needed at that moment. I ended up patching the seam with duct tape because I still needed the cold therapy, and surprisingly, once I got it contained, I really liked the mask itself. The cooling felt wonderful on my sore face. The plush side is very soft and comfortable against the skin, and the adjustable straps were long enough to fit comfortably without feeling tight. That’s what makes this review difficult. If the seam hadn’t failed on the first use, I would have been extremely pleased with it. Amazon did approve a replacement, which I appreciate. However, I do find it frustrating that I have to drive a defective $10 item to a return location when it is clearly unusable and will likely just be discarded. The return requirement feels excessive for an item that failed immediately. Five stars for now. Immediately upon receiving it, I put in freezer in pladtic bag it came with. Put on my face , velvet side down as it was frozen and went fast asleep. I was tired and it helped big time. Its a bit big but the coldness radiated throughout. And I had ample space to breathe normally. It's back in the freezer for round 2 tonight.

Love this product. Bought originally to cool face and reduce inflammation from an allergic reaction. Takes no time to freeze. Great value

I use in morning for puffy face. It helps with allergies and swelling. No smell, keep in fridge, looks good, keeps cool for over 15m- easy to clean!!!

Useful all weather put it depending on weather hot gel side place in fridge till use cold weather warm little by placing on a pressure cooker that is coolingthought is for face cold weather I warmed little used rest swetaer keeps us warm face cold this is best cooling effect
