I have had them a month and I just used them on Sunday, October 1st, 2023. I went through "trial and error" with them since this is my first time using them. By that I mean, the Temperature Heat Light does not go out automatically when it gets to the desired temperature. FYI, you can only gauge if it is heated up enough by smelling the hot oil and seeing it frying without the food in each basket. Secondly, you have to make sure and have the 90-degree tilting head loaded in each designated slot or the "Heat Light" will not come on. Thirdly, I had to figure out how to keep the oil in each chamber and drain it after it cools. I discovered that if you turn the black handle to the right it drains; to the left it seals it so it will not escape while your food is cooking. I am "over the moon" with these Commercial Fryers. They cook very quickly; evenly and your food comes out a "beautiful light golden brown" which is what is desired and preferred. I more than highly recommend this Fryer for anyone to purchase and utilize. Also note, these are not small in size; therefore, they need quite a bit of room to house them. They definitely do the trick and you will not be disappointed. It really doesn't reach the temperature to fry in three minutes as advertised.
