Not as flat as others I have, but they do the job very well and sturdy too.! I use a lot on them, so they hold up great. I also had to sharpen the point a bit better as to not fight w/it as much. Best for a 4 to 6 person meal. We eat a lot of veggies so we need several.

I use these skewers for flower and vegetable stained glass garden stakes. They are exceptionally sturdy and rust proof. I've ordered these 3 times and have never been disappointed.
