My new favorite go to noodles! These are the perfect texture, and they even last and taste good as leftovers which is hard to find in a noodle. I love the clean ingredients and the ease of preparation.

I have found my new favorite rice noodles. Until now, I have purchased clear or white Thai rice noodles, and they’ve been a big hit in my house. Then I found these, and I don’t think I can go back! The brown rice lends a sweet nuttiness and satisfying depth of flavor that is truly delightful. The texture is slightly thicker than other rice noodles, shape similar to linguine, and I like that. As with any rice product, it is imperative to monitor cook times closely, as if they are overcooked for even a minute they will start to get pasty. I will say though, that even when overcooked, these magical noodles held up much better than their counterparts and were STILL delicious. They kept much better as leftovers than others I have tried in the past too. I wish the packages were a bit larger, but overall this is a wonderful product that I’ll be buying regularly!

They turned out amazing, better than brand I’ve been using. They are not starchy at all. I SOAKED THEM in warm water 30 min. And then drained. I didn’t rinse them because the water was pretty clear. For Pad Thai, cooking the noodles is not necessary. The noodles were firm tender when I was done with the dish. I purposely didn’t want to overcook them because any rice noodle can get mushy. This is a Healthy Pad Thai that incorporates zoodles and lots of veggies. I used 1 pkg. of rice noodles so they won’t be prevalent in the photo but there’s no big globs of stuck together noodles here. These are a keeper. I’m half Italian but how I love my Asian Food. Yum. Highly recommend.

The noodles took a while to cook. You really need to watch them cause they will stick together. Overall they tasted alright.

I have used these rice noodles in place of linguine for shrimp, mussels and calamari Fra diavolo. The only GF noodle I have tried that even comes close to holding its texture. Of course they are Great in Pad Thai as well!

Gummy and they stick together, kind of a mess.. The brown rice ramen noodles are better because they are thinner.

this meets my high standards and has an amazing and delicate texture unlike other organic brown rice noodles! The only ingredient is organic brown rice and that is perfect for me as my family has numerous allergies. I love that rice is the only ingredient! This is the best textured organic brown rice noodle on the market!
