Does this dry with a shine or is it matt?

It looks matt on my grout. I think it works by soaking in, rather than coating the grout.

Is this safe to use with silicone sealant?

I didn’t paint it over the whole of the silicone sealant seam, but where I painted the edges, it didn’t cause any problems.
