It's always so hard to know how much of any supplement your body is going to absorb, which is why I like that these are Longvida optimized. The capsules are a decent size, go down easily with water, and don't really have much of a taste. Haven't had any issues with them or any stomach upset or anything like that. They seem to be working, so I'm going to keep taking them. My blood pressure is already well controlled, so I don't know how much of a benefit they have there, but for the quality, they seem to be a good value.

Great value for a 2 months supply. Easy to swallow capsules. I felt a difference after just a few days. More focused and present mind. It also helped with some body aches I was experiencing.
