The smell alone is comforting. It works real well in calming the nerves. I do have problems with anxiety in the evening. I drank 2 cups of chamomile tea today. I got 4 hours of anxiety relief. As soon as I opened the bag, the smell was just divine. I put the loose leaves in my tea strainer for several minutes. The taste. The scent.
