Simple clean practical easy
Lovely development of the beautiful old manual French Mouligrator of 40 or 50 years ago. Being stainless steel it couldn’t be better. But it could also have three hinged prongs at its base so that it could sit right on top of the bowl or pan underneath rather than partly down in the receptacle. Very good value.

fatal design flaw
it was solid and well made but had a fatal flaw from my perspective. the blade does not touch the sieve so any fruit skins soon block the sieve and its not possible to turn backwards and remove the blockage using the blade as a scraper. The old fashioned french style moulet allows this scraping of debris and is much more useful as a result.
