I am taking once a day, and started noticed subtle improvements by day 3. I stayed consistent for a full week, and started to notice I had an easier time falling sleep at night, and was less tired through out the day. I also noticed I had more energy through the day into early evening. My only complaint is there are very few flavor selections. I didn’t care for the chocolate, I would like to see more fruity flavors make the cut! I will try the vanilla next tho!

The listing says there are ingredients (lions main,) however it is not an ingredient listed on the lable. Go to the real Medterra wed site, for acurate information and fresh quality. If I didn't look closer, I would have purchased this product with the impression that it contained lions main. This is misleading I find it very close to false advertising.

I'm so pleasantly surprised with this product. i bought it because of the affordable price and quality organic ingredients, but I have to say, I'm hooked from the very first taste. I will definitely be buying this product again when my first month's supply runs out. I'm always looking for new ways to incorporate mushrooms into my diet. This product is very chocolatey tasting and contains a terrific mushroom complex and additional beneficial ingredients. I'm going to try adding one to a glass of cold milk as the flavor is intense and I think I'd like to make it last longer than just a couple of small sips. I highly recommend!

Love the taste and flavor! Super chocolatey will probably put it in a small glass of milk or make a shake with it. So far so good. Like the clarity that I feel from taking it. Great value for the money will definitely be ordering more!!!
